Welcome to the next level of meditation! In our level 1 classes, we learned the basics of meditation, how to make it fun, and how to be confident that we are doing it right. You have less stress and more happiness. What more is there?

In level 2, Ninja Warrior, we take the next step. Now we take our foundational skill and use them to create magic in our lives. We become better parents, unlock our writing, lose weight–whatever you wish, meditation is key to making it manifest. Each meditation will take on a different theme so do them all and have a different experience each time.
